St. Kilda Road is a street in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

When it was first built, it connected the centre of Melbourne with the new town of St. Kilda. As the city grew, and St. Kilda became an inner suburb, St. Kilda Road grew to become one of the city's major arteries. It continues south from Swanston Street, after it crosses Princes Bridge . Its southern terminus is at its intersection with Carlisle Street in St Kilda. From there, the road continues as Brighton Road, which itself is renamed the Nepean Highway only a few kilometres to the south.

St. Kilda Road is now predominantly a business district. It is lined with office towers for almost its entire length. However, it also contains several parks and a number of landmarks. These include the Victorian Arts Centre, the Victorian College of the Arts , the Alexandra Gardens , the Shrine of Remembrance, Victoria Barracks and the National Gallery of Victoria's recently refurbished international gallery. The offices of ASIO are known to exist on St. Kilda Road, although the government has never confirmed exactly where.

Each weekend, there is a market outside the Arts Centre on St. Kilda Road. The Moomba parade passes down the road each year, as does the Great Melbourne Bike Ride , and the annual Anzac Day parade, on its way to the Shrine.
