Chef of Crown guards (szef gwardii pieszej koronnej), Grand Treasurer of Lithuania 1784-1791, Starost stryjski, Duke of di Monte Rotondo . He was a relative of the king of Poland Stanisław August Poniatowski.

Awarded with the White Eagle Order on December 8, 1773.
