Sterling European Airlines

Sterling European Airlines AS is a Danish airline, founded in 1994. In addition to charter and freight operations, the company has begun ordinary passenger flights from Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo. Boeing 737-800 aircraft are used for passenger flights, while Boeing 727-200F aircraft operated from Liege in Belgium is used for the freight operations.

On March 14 2005 Pálmi Haraldsson and Jóhannes Kristinsson , who also own Iceland Express, bought the company from Norwegian shipping company Fred Olsen.
