Supply tower

A Supply tower is called falsely also launch tower. It is a construction on the launching pad of a rocket, over which this is refuelled and up to the start with river is supplied. With manned rockets the Supply tower makes possible also over an inserted elevator and a away-hinged bar the entrance to the spaceship for the astronauts. In addition the Supply tower makes possible also the entrance to the purpose for maintenance of the rocket. Briefly before the start of the rocket all interwirings are loosened, and away-swivelled all gangways and pipeline bridges leading to the rocket. In contrast to a launch tower a Supply tower does not serve for the guidance of the missile in the starting phase.
