Suvanant Kongying (also known as Kob) is a famous and popular Thai actress. She has appeared in several notable lakorns (dramas) including: Dao pra sook with Sornram Teppitak which she played the role of Dao - the main character and begun acting from a very young pre-adolescent age. She was once was misquoted about her role in a movie in which the Cambodian temples, Angkor Wat was used. It later became a media issue between Cambodia and Thailand ending with damage to the Thai embassy in Cambodia.
