The House of Eliott

The House Of Eliott is a British television series about two sisters who start off their tailoring business. The show starred Louise Lombard and Stella Gonet and it ran on BBC TV between 1991 and 1994. The series was created by Jean Marsh and Eileen Atkins who had previously created Upstairs Downstairs.


In series one Evie and Bea run their own business simply called The House Of Eliott. In series two they went to France to learn international costume designs. In series three Bea married Jack Maddox and become parents to their daughter Lucy. Meanwhile, Evie had an romantic liason with artist Daniel Page before they got married.
