Tim Abell (born July 1, 1968) is a film and television actor. Raised in Manassas, Virginia, he served in the U.S. army as a Ranger before taking an interest in acting while a student at the University of Maryland. Though his first major role was on the Internet soap opera The Spot , his military background and his training in martial arts helped determine the roles he would play: generally a soldier or action hero. he had a lead role in the television series Soldier of Fortune, Inc..
