Tony Dorsett

Anthony Drew Dorsett (born April 7, 1954 in Rochester, Pennsylvania) was an American football running back who was a star in college football and the NFL.

Dorsett was a star running back at University of Pittsburgh and helped to lead them to a national title in 1976, also picking up the Heisman Trophy. In 1977, he was drafted by the NFL's Dallas Cowboys and played with them through 1987. He ended his career with the Denver Broncos in 1988.

In his NFL career, he rushed for 12,739 yards and 77 touchdowns and caught 398 passes for 3,554 yards and 13 touchdowns.

He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1994 and was enshrined in the Texas Stadium Ring of Honor the same year.
