USF Sun Dome

The USF Sun Dome is the main sports and entertainment facility for the University of South Florida, which is located in Tampa, Florida. It is located on the southeastern side of campus, and is home to the men's and women's basketball teams. It was built starting in the late 1970s, and was completed in 1981.

The Sun Dome is also home to many entertainment venues: over 300 different events are hosted in the Sun Dome each year, ranging from boxing, tennis games, professional wresting matches, and concerts. Singers such as Elton John, Frank Sinatra, and Britney Spears have all held concerts from their respective world tours in the Sun Dome.
