V2 Records is a record label started in 1996 by Richard Branson four years after he sold Virgin Records to EMI. In 1996 the label acquired Junior Boys Own Records, Gee Street Records and Big Cat Records.

V2's artists include Heather Nova, Mercury Rev, The White Stripes, The Blood Brothers, The Icarus Line, and many others.
